Dear NSWBC members, this is the right time for us to make our presence known. We need to establish the
fact that this is not an issue of one, two, three…whistleblowers, but of the entire national security
whistleblowers community. We can only do that by taking action, such as this one, rather than sit on
the side, whine, complain, or rant. We need action from every single one of you. For this bill we have
only one day, tomorrow, Wednesday, September 21, 2005. Please call, fax, and/or e-mail Congressman
Davis’ Office; send me an e-mail and let me know what course of action you have taken (CC me). We’ll
present the record of our members’ action to the House Government Reform Committee, Congressman Davis
’ constituents, other UGGS watchdog organizations, and members of the media. We will make our voices
heard. We tried our best to work with Chairman Davis, but unfortunately our message has been lost on
him.
Here is the contact information for Chairman Tom Davis:

Here is what we demand:

would apply federal whistleblower rights to employees of intelligence agencies and to federal
contractors.
